Prendos has one of the most skilled and experienced groups of building consultants in the country, with seven building consultants who have combined skills covering a broad range of disciplines. Four of our seven building consultants are also BRANZ (Building Research Association of New Zealand) Accredited Advisors, three who are Quantity Surveyors, one an Engineer and one an Acoustician.
